"Park View was an ideal location for our 4th of July visit to Williamsburg. It’s a short walk to the square and a quick drive to the areas outside of town such as the outlets and Landmark restaurant. The property was very clean and had bedding to outfit our family of 7 (we had a last minute addition who was easily accommodated). We hope to return to this property on a future trip to the Iowa City area. "

"Several pluses to this location - the property gave everything we look for 1) cleanliness 2) comfort 3) untroubled booking and stay. The location allows you to walk to restaurants and is across from a nicely maintained town square. We will definitely want to book for our next visit."

"Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later! We hope they get reimbursed for their...
